If you are experiencing problems with your Android app authorizing the device because you receive the confirmation email, perform the process, and then re-enter the unknown IP message when trying to log in, please try the following:
- Sign in to the app
- Login to your email and find the latest device authorization message
- Press and hold the blue "authorize device" button with your finger until the phone displays the options to open the link.
- Select your phone's browser or copy the link.
- If you selected the browser, wait for the page to load. If you copied the link, go to your phone's browser, copy the link, and press enter.
- Return to the app and sign in.
