How to reset my account password?

Change your password from your account

1. Log in to your Airtm account.
2. Go to Settings > Security > Change Password.
3. Enter your current password and your new password.
4. Click Save Password.

Recover your password if you forgot it

Note: If you sign in with Facebook, you must set a password before September 14, 2026. Facebook login will no longer be available after that date. Use the steps below to set your password.

1. Go to www.airtm.com and click Sign in.
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter the primary email address associated with your Airtm account.
4. Check your inbox and open the recovery email.
5. Click the link in the email to create a new password.
