How do I authorize my device to log in?

To keep your account secure, when you sign in to Airtm from a new device or connection, you will see the following message on your screen:

Steps to authorize your device

1. Go to your email inbox.
2. Open the verification email from Airtm and click Authorize Device / IP Address.
3. Close all open windows, including the one that opens when you click the link.
4. Open a new browser tab and sign in to Airtm normally.

Important: If you open the authorization link from a private or incognito browsing window, your device will not be authorized. Always use a regular browser window.
