Tips for your document photos
- Take photos directly of your document — do not use screenshots or images that are edited, filtered, blurry, or have glare or shadows.
- Photos must: (a) be sharp and clear, (b) show all edges of the document, and (c) include both sides (except for passports).
- Your document must be in good condition and must not be expired.
- Don't send photos through messaging apps — they compress images and can make them unreadable, which will prevent verification.
