Conditions for using PayPal Premium
Users who wish to start using PayPal Premium must meet the following criteria:
Seniority: The user must have completed a transaction in PayPal (Regular or Small) at least 8 months prior.
Completed Transactions: The user should have successfully completed a minimum of 20 transactions in PayPal (Regular or Small).
Rating: The user must have a rating of at least 4.7.
The payment method will only be visible to users who meet these requirements. If you do not see the payment method in the search, please ensure that you are meeting all three of the aforementioned conditions.
