Tips and rules for accepting requests

Modified on Fri, 24 Apr at 4:53 PM

Accepting requests on Airtm is an independent activity where you set your own schedule, decide how much capital to invest, and choose which payment methods to work with. Operating with large amounts carries risks you should understand before getting started.

Best practices

  • Verify your information: the name on any ID submitted to Airtm must match the name on your bank accounts and electronic transfer methods.
  • Set limits: define maximum and minimum amounts for deposits and withdrawals that you're comfortable with and can fulfill.
  • Check your balance: confirm you have enough funds before accepting a withdrawal request. If you don't, cancel as soon as possible.
  • Verify amounts: when making transfers, confirm the amount is correct. Airtm is not responsible for errors in peer transfers.
  • Operate efficiently: executing transactions quickly and accurately is the key to maintaining an excellent rating and receiving more requests.
  • Maintain communication: stay in touch with your peer throughout the transaction to build trust and clarify any doubts.
  • No third-party transfers: do not request transfers to third-party accounts. Doing so may result in sanctions.
  • Respond to mediation emails: respond promptly to emails from mediaciones@airtm.io. Failing to respond in time may result in sanctions.
  • No off-platform transactions: do not offer or participate in off-platform balance swaps. This violates Airtm's Terms of Service.

Cashier responsibilities

  • You are responsible for accepting only amounts you can handle within the limits of your payment methods.
  • You must report income and pay taxes according to your country's regulations. We recommend local professional advice (accountants, lawyers).
  • The Airtm user database is confidential and must not be used for any purpose outside the platform.
  • Any attempt to evade deposit or withdrawal fees is grounds for permanent account suspension.
