Access to the advanced dashboard may be removed if it is misused. An example of misuse is the repeated cancellation of transactions.
Consider these alternatives before requesting a cancellation.
If the customer is not in the chat: wait for the transaction to be automatically cancelled by the timer.
If the customer does not know how to operate: be patient and explain; choose between waiting for the timer to automatically cancel the transaction or get your partner to understand everything and the operation will finally be successful.
If you don't trust the counterparty: report the situation to the support team and wait for the timer to automatically cancel the transaction.
If you constantly accept transactions by mistake in the mobile app: consider accessing the application from the web browser in desktop mode, from a computer or a different device that you consider secure.
If the customer asks you to cancel the transaction for an unjustified reason: tell them that you will wait for the timer to automatically cancel the transaction, but that if they wish, they can request the cancellation and you will accept it immediately.
If the external service has been failing: make sure the bank or wallet is working properly before accepting the transaction, not after.
If Airtm is failing: report it to the support team and wait for the timer to automatically cancel the transaction.
