Cashiers Activation Process

With the intention of having a healthier and more balanced marketplace, we have improved our process to enable the dashboard for users who want to become a cashier or add new payment methods to their existing dashboard.

With the above, we seek that the acceptance permissions are given to users only when necessary, with which we seek to avoid the saturation of payment methods and there is better profitability for existing active cashiers.

Being a dynamic system, from now on there are no fixed parameters (such as a number of transactions) that you must meet in order for a payment method to be enabled; however, customers and cashiers with the highest activity and good performance will be prioritized, always with the aim of offering the best possible service to users.

Soon we will be enabling a waiting list system to give you more visibility on when your payment method will be enabled; meanwhile, we recommend you keep an eye on your email and notifications to receive information about new payment methods on your dashboard.

Finally, it is important to remember that to keep the acceptance permissions it is necessary to be active within a period of 30 calendar days within the platform and in that specific payment method. In case of not accept any request in this period, you will lose the permissions for these payment methods.
