Can I change the primary email on my Airtm account?

Yes, you can update the primary email address on your account directly from the platform. Go to Settings > Profile, enter the new address, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete verification.

Limits and important considerations

  • You can only make this change 3 times within a 12-month period.
  • This is only available from the web portal. It cannot be done from the mobile app.
  • If the email you want to set as your primary address is already registered as a secondary email on your account, you must first request its removal by writing to support@airtm.com — as long as you have not made this type of request in the last 90 days.
