Can I change the email address of the payment methods registered in my account?

Due to our anti-money laundering policies, the email address of your e-wallets must match the email registered in Airtm.

If you have a mismatch, you can try adding a secondary email address in your payment processor to match the one on your Airtm account.

When setting up a payment method that requires an email for the first time, you can select add a secondary email to your Airtm account. You will need to authenticate ownership of the email by clicking the link sent to it. Once authenticated, it will be available in the dropdown for the payment method email field.
