How do I activate Auto Withdrawals?
Activate them from the Auto Withdrawals option in the menu:
- Verify your account.
- Set up your payment method.
- Activate the feature.
Who can activate them?
Any user. Only funds received from one of our Partners will be automatically withdrawn.
How does it work?
Every time you receive funds from a Partner, a withdrawal transaction is automatically created using your configured payment method.
- P2P: a verified cashier completes the transaction.
- Direct: processed directly to your payment method within a specific timeframe.
Why haven't I received my money?
Check the status of your transaction in Airtm. If something went wrong, email us at support@airtm.io.
Failed auto withdrawals cannot be recreated — you'll need to withdraw those funds manually via P2P or Direct connections.
If no transaction was created, you may have received less than the minimum of $5 USDC. The transaction will be created once your total received from Partners reaches that minimum.
I got a confirmation email but my funds didn't arrive. What do I do?
Contact support@airtm.io immediately. If you're using P2P, remember that funds are sent by a verified cashier.
