About processing times for funding and withdrawals

1.- Operating hours and processing times

Manual funding and withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Friday at 12 PM and 5 PM Central Standard Time.

Please note: We do not process transactions on US holidays or weekends. We always try our best to process them as soon as possible.

2.- Bank transfer processing times

1. Funding

Dometic (US) wire transfers are usually processed the same business day or the following business day; free ACH transfers can take up to 2-5 business days to arrive. International wire transfers can take up to 9 business days to arrive.

2. Withdrawals

Bank transfer settlements from your Airtm account to your bank account can take up to 1 business day to be processed by our Finance department.

3.- Crypto transfer processing times

1. Funding (Manual)

Crypto to-ups managed by our Finance team can take up to 1 business day to be processed.

2. Funding (Direct)

Direct crypto to-ups from your Airtm dashboard usually take only a few minutes to be credited.

3. Withdrawals

Crypto withdrawals managed by our Finance team can take up to 2-3 business days to be processed.
