How to change the phone number on my Airtm account

You can change the phone number associated with your Airtm account directly from the platform.

Step by step

1. Log in to your account and go to Profile or Settings.
2. Select Phone number and click Edit or Change number.
3. Enter your new number and make sure the country code is correct.
4. Enter the verification code you will receive by SMS.
5. Confirm the change. Your number will be updated.

Keep in mind

• Make sure you have access to the new number before starting the process.
• If you do not receive the verification code, wait a few minutes and request a resend.
• You can only make this change 3 times within a 12-month period.
• If the system does not allow you to make the change, contact us from the Help Center.
