Due to our security and anti-money laundering policies, we do not allow adding bank or e-wallet accounts belonging to another person as a payment method.
You can only add funds using accounts that belong to you.
However, it is possible to withdraw to third-party accounts with some payment methods. See Can I withdraw funds to an account that is not mine? for more details.
