How do I add funds to my card?
From the card dashboard, tap Add funds and enter the amount you want to load. A variable fee applies — check the fees article for details.
Can I move funds from my card back to my Airtm balance?
Yes, but only in full. To do this, you need to delete the card from the dashboard by tapping the trash icon — your remaining balance (minus the deletion fee) gets transferred back to your Airtm account.
How do I add my card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
- Open the card dashboard in the Airtm app.
- Select the option to connect to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
How do I delete my card?
- Go to the card dashboard.
- Tap the trash icon.
- Confirm the deletion.
If your card has a balance, a fixed fee is deducted for the process. You can create a new card immediately after if you'd like.
Can my card be deleted automatically?
Yes. If your card has no balance and you haven't made any loads in 180 days, it gets deleted automatically. No worries — you can create a new one right away.
