Issues with your USD Virtual Prepaid Card

My card isn't working at checkout

Check that:

• You have enough funds loaded on your card.
• The merchant accepts USD prepaid cards.
• The purchase isn't in a restricted category (gambling, firearms, etc.).

If everything checks out and it's still not working, email us at support@airtm.com.

I can't add my card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

If you get an error when trying to add your card to a digital wallet:

1. Take a screenshot of the error.
2. Email us at support@airtm.com with the screenshot attached.
