Do I need to go through any verification to get it?
Yes. You'll need to complete the Special Features KYC. If you already did it when opening your USD Virtual Account, you won't need to do it again.
How do I create my card?
- Complete the Special Features KYC if you haven't already.
- Go to the USD Virtual Prepaid Card page in the app.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions.
- That's it! Once approved, you'll have access to your card and its dashboard.
What can I do from the card dashboard?
From the dashboard you can:
- View your card details (number, expiry date, CVV)
- Check recent transactions
- Add funds
- Connect it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- Delete your card if you no longer need it
