How to add funds with Google Pay or Apple Pay
- Click Add in the menu.
- Select More payment methods → Google Pay or Apple Pay.
- Enter the amount and in the Direct tab, click Continue.
- MoonPay will open a new window for you to confirm the amount and enter your payment details.
- Confirm in the MoonPay window and return to Airtm. Your transaction will be completed in under 5 minutes.
Prerequisites:
- Apple Pay: use Safari browser and have your card set up in Apple Pay.
- Google Pay: use Chrome browser and have your card set up in Google Pay.
Possible reasons for failure
- The issuing bank did not authorize the transaction — contact them to authorize MoonPay.
- You are in an unsupported US state: New York, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Connecticut, Texas, Hawaii, Vermont, Virginia.
- Prepaid cards are not accepted.
- Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
- Make sure your billing information matches what is registered with your bank.
