How to add funds to Airtm with ACH (US Virtual Account)

With your US Virtual Account you can receive ACH transfers directly into your Airtm account from any US bank — no physical US bank account required.

Requirements

• US Virtual Account activated. If you have not set it up yet, see US Virtual Account in Airtm.
• Special Features KYC completed.

How to receive funds via ACH

1. Go to Settings → US Virtual Account and copy your banking details: Routing Number, account number and account holder name.
2. Share those details with whoever is sending you money (employer, client, platform, etc.).
3. The sender initiates the ACH transfer from their bank using your details.
4. Funds will arrive in your Airtm account within 3 to 5 business days.

Important notes

• Only incoming ACH transfers are supported (not outgoing).
• Not available in all countries. Check the restrictions list in the US Virtual Account article.
• If the sender needs to send a Wire instead of ACH, the same banking details apply.
