1- What does the promotion consist of?

From September 11 to October 15, 2024, add funds to your Airtm account and send to any of the following partners (Deriv, Hapi, BlackBull, Just Global, Taurex, Moneta, Zero Markets, and/or VT Markets) an amount equal to or greater than $35 USDC and get:

• 15% cashback if it’s your first money transfer to that partner.
• 10% cashback if you’ve sent funds to that partner before the promotion started.
• 15% cashback distributed as follows: Each user will receive a maximum refund of $5 USDC per partner. The promotion is valid until the available fund limit is reached.

10% cashback distributed as follows: Each user will receive a maximum refund of $3.5 USDC per partner. The promotion is valid until the available fund limit is reached.

The 15% and 10% cashback can be combined.

2- What is the duration of the promotion?

All users who make “add” transactions and then send money to their Deriv, Hapi, BlackBull, Just Global, Taurex, Moneta, Zero Markets, and/or VT Markets accounts between September 11 and October 15, 2024, will be eligible under the above conditions.

3- In which countries will the promotion apply?

The promotion is valid for all Airtm users, except those residing in Argentina, Mexico, and Pakistan.

4- What conditions must be met?

• To participate in the promotion, the user must have an Airtm account and have completed the identity verification process. 
• The user must be registered with Deriv, Hapi, BlackBull, Just Global, Taurex, Moneta, Zero Markets, and/or VT Markets and have made at least one money transfer between Deriv and Airtm with an amount greater than or equal to 35 USDC.
•  Persons registering as users of Deriv and/or Airtm after the promotion period will not be eligible for the promotion.

Step-by-step to get the cashback:

1. Add funds to your Airtm account.
2. Send at least 35 USDC to the partner of your choice.
3. Done! You’ve earned cashback for the completed transaction.

5- How and when will the benefit be paid?

• The benefit will consist of:

-A refund or "cashback" of up to 15% of the amount of USDC the user has sent to their Deriv, Hapi, BlackBull, Just Global, Taurex, Moneta, Zero Markets, and/or VT Markets account from their Airtm account, once and within the promotion period, provided it’s their first transfer from Airtm to any of the mentioned partners.

-A refund or "cashback" of up to 10% of the amount of USDC the user has sent to their Deriv, Hapi, BlackBull, Just Global, Taurex, Moneta, Zero Markets, and/or VT Markets account from their Airtm account, once and within the promotion period, if they have already made transfers to the partner. 

• The maximum refund Airtm will grant per user is $5 USDC per partner for the 15% cashback benefit and $3.5 USDC per partner for the 10% cashback benefit. 
• The total amount Airtm will grant in refunds or "cashback" during this promotion is $4000 USDC. The benefit will be paid within 72 hours after completing any of the above transactions.
•  The benefit cannot be exchanged for any other good or service other than those specified in these terms. All costs derived from participation, the collection, or withdrawal of the benefit, as well as any taxes, fees, contributions, tariffs, or sums of money due as a result of participating in the promotion, will be borne exclusively by the user.

6- Additional conditions:

• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant we suspect of violating these rules, the terms of service, or engaging in fraudulent transactions.
•  Only verified and individual accounts (not enterprise, ambassadors, influencers) are eligible as winners.
•  Only one refund per partner per user applies to the first transaction within the promotion period. Deriv's services are not offered by Airtm
