What is this initiative about?
In #ActiveCommunity, we want to reward those members of our community who dedicate themselves to helping others. If you have knowledge or experience with Airtm, we invite you to participate by answering questions, clarifying complaints, or sharing your experiences on social media or forums where other users mention Airtm. This is not about giving answers as if you were a support agent, but about sharing your experience and genuinely helping others.

How can you participate?

  1. Look for comments, questions, or complaints:
    Browse our social media (Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) or forums where users comment about Airtm. Some examples of comments you might find are:

    • Question: "Why do they charge so much in commissions on transfers?"
    • Complaint: "My transfer has taken longer than they said, has anyone else had this problem?"
    • Doubt: "Has anyone tried withdrawing to a bank account in Argentina? How was the experience?"
  2. Respond with your experience or what you know:
    Respond honestly and helpfully, contributing what you know or what you have experienced. This is not about being a support agent, but about contributing to the conversation with your personal experience and knowledge about Airtm. Examples of responses:

    • Question: "Why do they charge so much in commissions on transfers?"
      Response: "In my experience, commissions vary depending on the transfer method you choose. If you use P2P, commissions are generally lower than with other methods, but it’s always good to check the fees in the Help Center."
    • Complaint: "My transfer has taken longer than they said, has anyone else had this problem?"
      Response: "It happened to me once, and while it's usually quick, some transfers can be delayed due to additional validations. If it still hasn’t arrived, it’s best to contact support."
    • Doubt: "Has anyone tried withdrawing to a bank account in Argentina? How was the experience?"
      Response: "Yes, I have withdrawn several times. The process was not complicated, although it can take a bit depending on the validations. I recommend checking the fees and the estimated transfer time."
  3. Capture the interaction:
    Take a screenshot that shows the original comment and your response. Make sure the image is clear and readable, so we can verify your participation correctly.

  4. Submit your participation:
    Complete the Typeform with the link to the post and the screenshot of your response. Each valid response gives you the opportunity to earn rewards and participate in the monthly draw.

What can you win?

  • $0.20 USDC for each valid response, whether clarifying questions or resolving complaints.
  • Monthly draw of $150 USDC, with 3 prizes of $50 USDC each, for those who have answered 20 or more valid messages during the month.

What counts as a valid response?

  • Respond as a community member: Share your personal experience or what you know about Airtm. This is not about responding as an agent, but about providing an honest and useful perspective.
  • Clarity and usefulness: Responses must be clear, helpful, and provide real value to the conversation.
  • Respect and empathy: Respond respectfully and kindly, aiming to help and enhance the conversation.
  • Substantiated responses: Use your experiences, what you know, or what you have read in the Help Center or other official Airtm sources.

Terms and conditions

  • Dates: The program is active indefinitely, although Airtm reserves the right to terminate it at any time.
  • Draw: Each valid response gives you entry into the monthly draw of $150 USDC, with 3 winners receiving $50 USDC each. To be considered in the draw, you must have answered at least 20 valid messages in the month.
  • Valid comments: Only responses to public and visible comments about Airtm on social media, forums, and online communities will be considered. Responses within the Airners community server will not be accepted.
  • Rules: Responses must be respectful, useful, clear, and substantiated. Rude, irrelevant, or unhelpful responses will not be accepted.
  • Valid promotion: Only for verified individual accounts. Accounts of legal entities cannot participate.
  • Exclusions: Employees and collaborators of Airtm cannot participate in this initiative.
  • Modifications: Airtm reserves the right to modify the terms, rules, and conditions of this program at any time and to disqualify those who it considers are breaching the rules.
  • Participation rights: Participation in the program implies acceptance of Airtm's terms and conditions and the program.

Additional conditions:

  • The promotion applies to individual accounts.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions and to disqualify or annul the registration of any participant who we believe breaches or abuses these rules.
  • Only those accounts that are verified and are individual accounts (not accounts of legal entities) will be eligible as winners.
  • Employees and collaborators of the Organizer may not participate in the Promotion.
  • Participation in the Promotion implies for the participants knowledge and acceptance of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, as well as the Terms of Service of Airtm, available at Airtm Terms and Conditions.

Response Limit:

Each participant has a limit of 100 valid responses per month. Any attempt to exceed this limit or generate low-quality responses will result in disqualification from the program.

Dates:

The monthly draw will take place within the first 5 days of each month. The winners will be announced in the Airners community server on Discord. Prizes will be credited within 7 days after the announcement.
