Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Organizer: These terms and conditions govern the “Share and Earn! (Airtm + Appen)” promotion (the “Promotion”) organized by Airtm Inc. (“Airtm” or the “Organizer”), with a registered office at 8 The Green, STE 300, Dover, DE 19901, United States.

Acceptance of the Terms: By participating in the Promotion, participants declare that they are aware of and accept all terms outlined in these rules. These terms may be modified by the Organizer without altering the essence of the Promotion or affecting acquired rights. Any such modifications will be published through the same means as these terms, and participants' prior acceptance will remain valid.

Scope and Duration: The Promotion is valid in all countries where Airtm operates, with any exceptions mentioned in the Promotion's communications. It runs from November 12, 2024, until December 6, 2024, at 11:59 pm (Eastern Time - ET).

Participation: All Airtm users who meet the following requirements can participate:

• Be registered on Airtm or register before the end of the giveaway with an active, verified account.
• Be a member of the Airners Community on Discord.
• Share a message inviting Appen Contributors to withdraw their earnings via Airtm, highlighting it as an excellent option.
• Take a screenshot of the message and upload it to the Typeform.

Invitation: The invitation to participate will be communicated via email, website posts, social media, and any other means deemed appropriate by the Organizer.

Winner Selection:

• The first 50 valid entries will receive 1 USDC for each shared message (maximum of 2 messages in different forums or communities).
• On December 9, 2024, a draw will be held for 2 additional prizes of 20 USDC among all participants who have correctly completed the process, provided that 50 valid entries are reached.
• If 100 valid entries are reached, 3 additional prizes of 20 USDC will be unlocked, totaling 5 additional prizes.
• A random selection tool will be used to choose the 5 potential winners. If any winners do not meet the requirements or cannot be contacted, an alternate will be selected.
• Winners will be announced in the Airners Community on Discord.

Prize:

• The prize consists of 20 USDC to the winners selected by the draw.
• In addition, 1 USDC for each message shared by the first 50 valid entries (maximum 2 per person).
• Each shared message must be individually recorded in the Typeform. The first 50 entries will receive 1 USDC each, whether from the same person or different participants.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. To receive the prize, winners must present documentation requested by Airtm to verify their identity.
• All costs related to participation and receiving the prize, including taxes and other expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.

Organizer’s Responsibility: Airtm is not responsible if participants' data is incorrect or incomplete. Additionally, Airtm is not liable for any claims related to third-party intellectual property rights connected to this Promotion. Airtm is also not responsible for any malfunctions or defects in the prize.

Authorization: By participating in this Promotion, participants authorize Airtm to publish their name via the same channels where the campaign is promoted and to contact them using the information provided in the participation form solely for communicating the results. Personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with Airtm’s Privacy Policy.

Organizer’s Rights: Airtm reserves the right to:

• Modify these Terms and publish the new conditions on its website, which will serve as sufficient notice to participants.
• Verify participants' data at any time before the Promotion ends.
• Suspend or cancel the Promotion before notifying the winners.
• Extend the deadlines and dates, provided it is communicated before the end of the registration period.
• Modify the prize delivery date within a maximum of 12 months.

Jurisdiction: The exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts of Delaware, United States applies. Participants accept this jurisdiction and waive any objections.
