1. What does the promotion consist of?

From September 25 to October 31, 2024, send funds to your Airtm account from Rilley Cillian and get:

• 15% cashback if it's your first withdrawal from Rilley Cillian.
• 10% cashback if you've already withdrawn funds from Rilley Cillian before the promotion started.

15% cashback is distributed as follows:

Each user will receive a maximum cashback of 3 USDC per partner. The promotion is valid until the available funds limit is reached.

10% cashback is distributed as follows:

Each user will receive a maximum cashback of 2.5 USDC per partner. The promotion is valid until the available funds limit is reached.

The 15% and 10% cashback can be combined.

2. What is the duration of the promotion?

All users who withdraw funds from Rilley Cillian between September 25 and October 31, 2024, will participate under the previously mentioned conditions.

3. In which countries is the promotion applicable?

The promotion is valid for all Airtm users, except those residing in areas where local laws prohibit it.

4. What conditions must be met?

• To participate in the promotion, the user must have an Airtm account and complete the identity verification process.
• The user must be registered with Rilley Cillian and must have made at least one withdrawal transaction between Rilley Cillian and Airtm.
• Users who register with Rilley Cillian and/or Airtm after the promotion's duration will not participate in the promotion.
• Steps to receive cashback:

Send USD from Rilley Cillian to your Airtm account.

Done! You have received cashback for the transaction made.

5. How and when will the benefit be paid?

• The benefit will consist of:

- A refund or “cashback” equivalent to up to 15% of the amount of USDC that the user has withdrawn from their Rilley Cillian account to their Airtm account, for a one-time transaction and within the promotion period, provided that it is their first transfer from Rilley Cillian to Airtm.

- A refund or “cashback” equivalent to up to 5% of the amount of USDC that the user has withdrawn from their Rilley Cillian account to their Airtm account, for a one-time transaction and within the promotion period, if they have already withdrawn from Rilley Cillian before.

• The maximum amount Airtm will provide per user as a refund or “cashback” is $3 USDC per partner for the 15% cashback benefit and $2.5 USDC per partner for the 10% cashback benefit.
• The total maximum amount Airtm will provide as cashback during this promotion is 4000 USDC.
• The benefit payment will be made within 72 hours of completing any of the above transactions.
• The benefit cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services different from those provided in these Terms and Conditions. All costs incurred from participating or obtaining, assigning, and withdrawing the benefit, as well as any tax, rate, contribution, fee, or sum of money payable due to participating in the promotion or that may be imposed on the benefit in the future, as well as travel and accommodation expenses incurred in claiming, withdrawing, or using the benefit, shall be the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Additional conditions:

• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant we suspect of violating these rules, the terms of service, or engaging in fraudulent transactions.
• Only verified individual accounts (not enterprise, ambassadors, influencers) will be eligible as winners.
• Only one refund per partner per user will apply for the first transaction within the promotion period.
