ORGANIZER: These terms and conditions (the "Rules") govern the "A year of Glory" promotion (the "Promotion") and is organized by Airtm Inc. ("Airtm" or "the Organizer", interchangeably), located at 8 The Green, STE 300 Dover, DE 19901, USA.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES: Those who participate in the Promotion, by their mere participation, declare to know and accept each and every one of the terms described in these Rules. Said terms may be modified by the Organizer, without altering the essence of the Promotion or affecting the rights acquired by the participants. Such modifications will be published in the same media as these Bases, without altering the acceptance previously given by the participant.

SCOPE AND VALIDITY: Its validity begins on December 14th, 2023, at 0:01 am and ends on December 31th, 2023, at 11:59 pm (Argentine time).

PARTICIPATION: The Promotion is open to all individuals who are Airtm users and in which countries Airtm operates.

PARTICIPATION MECHANISM: The invitation to participate is made by sending a communication by email and/or the publication of the Promotion on the web www.airtm.com, and/or social networks, among other options according to the choice of the Organizer.

All natural persons who are Airtm users who meet the following conditions may participate in the Promotion:

  1. Participants must click on the blue button found within the communication sent by email, or on the popup that will be printed within Airtm when logging into their account.

  2. Participants must be registered with Airtm and have their account verified before the end of the validity period.

  3. Participants must carry out at least 3 (three) transactions within the period mentioned in point 3.

  4. For each transaction that participants make between December 15 and December 31, they will add 1 additional Airpoint.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: On January 10th at 12:00 noon, 4 potential winners will be selected from among all registered Airtm users who have complied with the terms of these Rules.

In turn, the 4 (four) users will be selected, 1 (one) user for each level of Airpoints - these being: AirBronze, AirSilver, AirGold, and AirPlatinum - with the highest number of points based on the count and ranking of the users by level, starting the counting of points between the start and end date of the promotion.

The data of one additional participant per level will then be extracted, who will act as a substitute in case the previously selected potential winner is invalidated. Said substitute, if necessary, will be contacted - by the same means the Promotion was communicated - following the same selection order already established. Only one Prize will be awarded per registered Airtm user, without exception. 

PRIZE: The Prize will consist of the delivery of 4 t-shirts of the Argentine national team, or a motif of the winner's choice, 1 (one) for each winning user obtained for each level of Airpoints - these being: AirBronze, AirSilver, AirGold, and AirPlatinum-. Any prize not assigned will remain with the Organizer. After communicating with all the potential winners and if none of them is awarded, the Organizer will contact the first alternate drawn until the stipulated number of prizes is covered. Once the winners have been assigned, the Organizer will communicate the results of the Promotion on the social networks.

In order to receive the prize, it will be necessary to present the winner's ID card and/or any other documentation required by Airtm to ensure the winner's identity.

The prize will be sent to the address provided by the winner. Delivery will be coordinated once the drawing is made.

In case the delivery isn’t viable, the value in USDC for a maximum of 110 USDC will be offered in exchange for purchasing a t-shirt from a selection (of the user's choice) that will be credited to their Airtm account.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other good or any other benefit other than those provided for in these Rules. All the costs derived from the participation or from the obtaining or assignment and withdrawal of the prize, as well as any tax, fee, contribution, tariff or sum of money that must be paid at present due to the participation in the Promotion or that may be imposed in the future on the Prize, as well as the expenses, without limitation, of transportation and stay incurred when in case of claiming, withdrawing or using the Prize, as well as any other, will be at the winner's exclusive charge.

LIABILITY: The Organizer shall not be liable if the participants' data have been erroneously entered. Likewise, the Organizer shall not be liable for any claim of any kind made by third parties claiming any intellectual property rights or of any nature related to this campaign.

The Organizer shall not be liable for the malfunction or defects of the product awarded as a prize.

AUTHORIZATION: The participants of this campaign expressly authorize the organizer to disseminate - by the same means in which the contest is advertised - their name and surname, as well as to communicate with the participant by the means denounced in the form for the sole purpose of publishing their result. The collection and processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations.

MATHEMATICAL PROBABILITY: Since it is not possible to determine the exact number of participants, in the event that there were 1000 entries, with one chance of winning each, and participating in only one opportunity each, the mathematical probability of winning any of the prizes offered will be 1 in 1000.

ORGANIZER. POWERS. The Organizer, without incurring any burden, obligation and/or liability whatsoever, may: a) modify these Rules and Regulations by publishing the new instrument on the website www.airtm.io to consider the potential participants, the participants, the potential winners and the winners as notified, b) request the revalidation or rectification of the entries, c) cancel or suspend this Promotion before notifying the winners, d) extend each of the terms and dates set before the end of the registration period provided for in these Rules, e) modify the date of delivery of the prizes or execution thereof, which may not exceed twelve (12) months, f) request the participants and/or potential winners, at any time before the end of the Promotion, to verify their data and/or corroborate and/or rectify them, as well as to ratify their registration.

JURISDICTION: For any dispute arising out of this campaign and/or Rules, the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts, as applicable, of the State of Indiana, Vigo County, United States of America shall govern. The Organizer and potential entrants, entrants, potential winners and winners consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction.
