How do I download my transaction history?

You can download your transaction history by selecting "Download CSV of activity" at the bottom of the Activity page.

Your CSV download includes all your activity with the following information:

  • Created At (UTC) — Date and time the transaction was first created, UTC timezone.
  • Updated At (UTC) — Date and time of the last update, UTC timezone.
  • Transaction ID — The unique identifier assigned to each transaction in Airtm.
  • Type — The transaction type (Add, Withdraw, Send, etc.).
  • Funds to Sent Amount — The amount you needed to send to create the transaction.
  • Funds to Send Currency — The currency you sent. For sends and withdrawals, this is usually USDC. For adds, this is the local currency.
  • Funds to Receive Amount — The amount you received to complete the transaction.
  • Funds to Receive Currency — The currency you received. For receives and adds, this is usually USDC. For withdrawals, this is the local currency.
  • Peer — The email or username of your peer in Airtm.
  • Payment Method — The payment method used to add, withdraw, buy or sell.
  • Service Fee — The variable fee charged by Airtm.
  • Fixed Fee — The fixed fee charged by Airtm.
  • Peer Commission — The fee received by the cashier for completing the P2P transaction.
  • Blockchain Fee — The fee sent to the blockchain to complete the transaction.
  • Exchange Rate — The base exchange rate, not including fees.
  • Net Exchange Rate — The final exchange rate, including fees.
  • Main Balance — Your main USDC balance at the end of the transaction.
  • Secondary Balance Amount — Your secondary (crypto) balance at the end of the transaction.
  • Secondary Balance Currency — The currency of your secondary balance involved in the transaction.
  • Card Balance — Your Airtm virtual card balance at the end of the transaction.
  • Is Acceptor — TRUE when you are the Acceptor (Cashier) of a peer Add/Withdraw request.
  • Payment Code — The payment code for transactions completed via the API.
  • Payment Description — The payment description for transactions completed via the API.

You can use the Activity Filter (select "Filter" in the top right of your Activity page) to filter your transactions by date, type or payment method before downloading.

You are limited to 100,000 transactions per CSV download. Activity is updated at the end of each day, so transactions made on the same day you download the CSV may not appear yet.
