Airtm Affiliate Program — terms and conditions

By participating in the Airtm Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms.

Who can participate?

You must have an active Airtm account and have been invited to join the program. Your referrals must be new users who sign up using your personal referral link. Each referral who completes their first valid transaction will be invited to join the program as an affiliate.

What counts as a valid transaction?

For this program, a valid transaction is a deposit, payment, or withdrawal of at least 5 USDC.

Transfers between Airtm accounts and adding funds via the Stellar network do not count as valid transactions.

How much can you earn?

For each direct referral:

• 2 USDC when they complete their first valid transaction.
• 3 additional USDC when they complete a total of three valid transactions of at least 5 USDC each.
• Your referral will receive 2 USDC upon completing the three required transactions.

You can also earn 10% of the fees generated by your direct referrals' valid transactions.

Can you earn from your referrals' referrals?

Yes. Your network can extend up to three levels:

• Second level: 0.75 USDC when that user completes their first valid transaction.
• Third level: 0.25 USDC when that user completes their first valid transaction.

These rewards are generated by users' valid transactions, not simply by inviting or signing them up.

When do you receive your rewards?

Rewards are subject to validation by Airtm. Payments for first valid transactions are processed weekly, once the eligibility of the transactions has been confirmed.

What is not allowed?

The following do not qualify:

• Self-referrals.
• Duplicate or fake accounts.
• Cancelled, rejected, or reversed transactions.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Transactions made solely to earn rewards or abuse the program.

If Airtm detects suspicious activity or a breach of these terms, it may withhold or cancel the related rewards.

Important

Airtm may update the program's terms, rewards, or requirements at any time. The eligibility of users, transactions, and rewards will be determined based on Airtm's records and controls.
