Starting March 1, 2025, Airtm is introducing a new experience for US Airners! Airners are users, like you, who receive earnings via the Airtm ecosystem, for example from tasking for our enterprise partners.
You will be able to continue to receive payouts from partners via Airtm provided that these are instantly withdrawn to your selected payment method. However, Airners will not be able to hold a balance in Airtm.
What This Means for You:
- By February 28, please withdraw any existing balance from your Airtm account: your balance must be at $0 to transition to the new model. After withdrawing all your funds, you will be able to start using the new model
- Starting February 28, 2025, you must configure your preferred payment method in Airtm. Any new payments received will be instantly withdrawn to your preferred payment method:

Stellar USDC External Wallet: Simply set up your wallet address once, and all received payments will be automatically credited. If you do not yet have a Stellar wallet, or want a Stellar Wallet connected to a U.S. Bank Account, we recommend creating a Coinbase.com account, crypto.com account, or similar.

Step-by-Step Guide to Set Up Your Payout Method
To make setup easier, we’ve prepared a visual guide with detailed steps. Follow the instructions in the images below to activate your new payout method. Remember you need to withdraw all funds from your existing Airtm account before you can start using the new experience.
1.- Login to Airtm and select Stablecoin as your payout method.
2.- Choose USDC as your currency.
3.- Select Stellar as the blockchain network.
4.- Enter your Stellar wallet address and a memo if required
5.- Confirm the setup and ensure all details are correct.
Important: Remember you will be required to have your payment method pre-configured in order to receive a payout from an enterprise. Until then - should you receive a payout - your payout will remain in a “Pending” state and be completed once you have successfully configured your payment method. You will no longer be able to hold funds in Airtm for any length of time —only receive and withdraw instantly.
