1. What does the promotion consist of?
From January 29 to February 15, 2026, Airtm users who invite third parties to register on the platform and add funds to their Airtm account may earn monetary rewards in USDC, according to a cumulative milestone-based structure detailed in these Terms and Conditions.
The referred user will retain the existing benefit of fee exemption on their first transaction, subject to compliance with Airtm’s requirements and the conditions of the applicable program.
2. Requirements for the referred user
For an activation to be considered valid and generate the benefit for the referring user, the referred user must comply with all of the following requirements:
Create an Airtm account using the referring user’s invitation link.
Have a verified Airtm account.
Add funds to their Airtm account, expressly excluding transfers between Airtm accounts.
Complete their first transaction within the promotion period, i.e., between January 19 and February 15, 2026.
3. Requirements for the referring user
To receive the benefit, the referring user must:
Have a verified Airtm account.
Invite new users using their personal referral link.
Ensure that each invited user meets all the requirements established for referred users within the promotion period.
4. Benefit structure for the referring user
The referring user may earn USDC rewards according to the following cumulative milestones:
1 referred friend → 20 USDC (total: 20 USDC)
3 referred friends → +10 USDC (total: 30 USDC)
5 referred friends → +20 USDC (total: 50 USDC)
7 referred friends → +20 USDC (total: 70 USDC)
10 referred friends → +30 USDC (total: 100 USDC)
The maximum amount payable per referring user is 100 USDC.
This promotion does not interfere with or replace Airtm’s standard referral program. Eligible users may participate in both programs simultaneously, provided they meet the respective requirements.
5. Promotion validity
Users who meet all the requirements between January 29 and February 15, 2026, may participate in this promotion.
Activations completed outside this period will not be considered valid for benefit allocation.
6. Geographic scope
This promotion applies exclusively to Airtm users authorized to operate on the platform and participate in referral programs, who are invited via email, in accordance with the regulatory restrictions of each jurisdiction.
7. Benefit payment
Benefits will be credited to the referring user in USDC, according to the milestones achieved and up to the maximum limit of 100 USDC.
The benefit granted to the referred user (fee exemption on their first transaction) will be provided in accordance with the terms of the applicable program.
Credits will be issued within 7 business days following the validation of each milestone.
Benefits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other goods or services.
All expenses, taxes, fees, or charges arising from participation or receipt of the benefit shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
8. Additional conditions
This promotion applies exclusively to verified individual accounts and shall be void where prohibited by local law.
Airtm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion and its Terms and Conditions at any time, as well as to disqualify participants who fail to comply with the rules or engage in fraudulent practices.
Employees, contractors, and direct collaborators of Airtm are not eligible to participate.
