1. Organizer
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Airtm Loyalty Program (the “Program”), organized by Airtm Inc. (“Airtm” or “the Organizer”), located at 8 The Green, STE 300, Dover, DE 19901, United States.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By participating in the Program, users acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. Airtm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting on the Airtm website or through other communication channels. Continued participation in the Program after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Program Description
The Program is designed to incentivize user engagement and retention on the Airtm platform through a combination of upfront savings, progressive rewards, and referral incentives:
First Transaction Onboarding
New Airtm users performing a pay-in from one of our partners listed in clause 4 will have 100% of their Airtm add fees covered for their first ever add and subsequent adds.
Progressive Fee Reduction
For the subsequent five (5) transactions after the first qualifying transaction, users will receive the following discounts on their Airtm withdrawal fees:
Second Transaction: 20% discount
Third Transaction: 40% discount
Fourth Transaction: 60% discount
Fifth Transaction: 80% discount
Sixth Transaction: 100% discount (Airtm Add Fees-free)
Referral Program
Registered Airtm users can earn rewards by referring new eligible users to the platform:
Referral Bonus: For each referred user who verifies their Airtm account and completes at least four (4) payouts of a minimum of $35 USDC each, the referring user will receive $2 USDC, and the referred user will receive $1 USDC.
Referral Revenue Share:
After meeting the initial conditions, the referring user earns a 5% revenue share based on their referral’s Airtm activity.
This increases to 10% on the third transaction, and 15% on the sixth transaction, after meeting the initial conditions.
There is no limit to the number of users an existing user can refer.
The Program will commence on a date announced by Airtm and each partners and will continue and be valid until further agreement or until the total budget of $25,000 USD is fully utilized—whichever comes first. Airtm may terminate the Program early if this cap is reached.
4. Eligibility
The Program is available to all registered Airtm users, subject to specific limitations or exclusions as determined by Airtm.
Partners pay-ins which would be considered as valid for participating in the following program are Deriv and Hapi.
The fees conidered for reimbursement have a max limit of the amount of generated on a $75 transaction with the payment method selected to complete the first and subsequent payment and will only cover the "Service Fees" concept.
5. Earning and Applying Rewards
First Transaction Fee Coverage: Reimbursed from 48 to 96 hours after the withdrawal completion time.
Progressive Fee Reductions: Automatically applied to each qualifying transaction.
Referral Bonus: USDC rewards credited after the referred user meets eligibility requirements.
Referral Revenue Share: Calculated and credited periodically based on Airtm activity.
Ambassador Revenue Share: Governed by separate agreements with Airtm.
6. Limitations and Restrictions
Airtm may set limits on the rewards earned.
Program benefits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated.
Users may be disqualified for fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
The Program can be changed or terminated at any time without notice.
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees on rewards.
7. Responsibility
Airtm is not liable for errors in crediting rewards due to technical issues or user errors.
No warranties are made regarding the Program’s availability or accuracy.
Participants agree to indemnify Airtm for any issues arising from participation or violations of these Terms.
8. Data Privacy
By participating, users consent to the collection and processing of their personal information as outlined in Airtm’s Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and participants consent to this jurisdiction.
10. Organizer’s Rights
Airtm reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
Change eligibility criteria.
Adjust reward structures.
Interpret the Terms at its sole discretion.
Monitor and enforce compliance with these Terms.
