At Airtm we are committed to maintaining high quality standards. The goal of this rule is for every peer-to-peer transaction that is requested and accepted to be completed successfully for both parties. If the system detects excessive cancellations, quality rules will trigger automatically.
Tips to avoid cancellations
- Only accept transactions you can complete: accepting requests without having the funds available will cause delays and cancellations.
- Don't take on more than you can handle: accepting too many simultaneous transactions will cause delays, and your counterparts will eventually ask to cancel.
- Be patient: if you accepted someone's add funds request and they don't respond immediately, requesting a cancellation won't solve the problem — you'll still need to wait for the other party to accept it.
- Account for unexpected events: internet outages, power cuts, or involuntary disconnections can happen. Wait for the time window Airtm sets for each transaction to be completed.
