T&Cs – 1,000 USDC with No Fees (USA Virtual Account)

1. What is the promotion?

From July 22, 2026, through October 23, 2026, users who add funds for the first time using their USA Virtual Account will receive a cashback equal to 100% of the fees paid, until they reach a cumulative funding amount of 1,000 USDC (across one or more transactions).

2. Who can participate?

This promotion is open to all Airtm users residing in Venezuela who open a USA Virtual Account and complete their first Add Funds transaction using that account during the promotional period.

The benefit will apply until the user reaches a cumulative funding amount of 1,000 USDC.

3. In which countries is this promotion available?

This promotion is valid exclusively for Airtm users residing in Venezuela.

4. What are the requirements?

• Have an Airtm account and complete the identity verification process.
• Complete your first Add Funds transaction using your USA Virtual Account (ACH) between July 22, 2026, and October 23, 2026.
• The benefit applies only to eligible transactions completed during the promotional period and until a cumulative funding amount of 1,000 USDC has been reached.

5. How and when will the benefit be paid?

• The benefit consists of a cashback equal to 100% of the fees paid on eligible Add Funds transactions made through the USA Virtual Account.
• The cashback will cover 100% of the fees actually paid on eligible transactions until the user reaches a cumulative funding amount of 1,000 USDC.
• The maximum total cashback that Airtm will distribute during this promotion is 40,000 USDC.
• Cashback will be credited within 72 business hours after the eligible transaction made through the USA Virtual Account has been completed.
• The benefit cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or any other consideration other than what is expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions.
• Any costs arising from participation in the promotion or from receiving, claiming, or using the benefit — including, but not limited to, any taxes, duties, fees, levies, or other charges imposed now or in the future — shall be the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Additional conditions

• This promotion applies only to individual (personal) accounts and is void where prohibited by applicable law.
• Airtm reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and to disqualify any participant suspected of violating these rules or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Only verified individual accounts (personal accounts) are eligible to receive the benefit. Corporate or business accounts are not eligible.
• Employees and contractors of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
