How to delete your Airtm account

Go to Settings: Select the gear icon Settings from the side menu and click on the Security tab.
Locate the deletion section: Scroll down to the bottom of the security page until you see "Account Deletion".
Start the process: Click on the button labeled "Delete account".
Review requirements: A pop-up window will appear. To proceed, you must meet these criteria:
- Have a balance of $0.00 USDC.
- Have no active transactions.
- Have no history of being banned.
⚠️ Important note for verified accounts: If your account is already verified, please think carefully. We only recommend deleting it if you do not plan on using Airtm ever again. If you delete it now and try to open a new one later, you might face difficulties validating your identity again, as the system only allows one verified account per person.
Final confirmation: Keep in mind that this action is permanent and you cannot reuse the same email address later. Click "Confirm and delete account" to complete the process.
