About funding and withdrawal methods for Enterprise clients

1.- Funding (top-up) options for Enterprise clients

We currently offer two options:

  • Bank Transfer*

  • Crypto (Direct and manual)

* Bank transfer option may require your company to go through a KYC process from one of our banking software providers. Airtm will instruct you and assist you during this process.

2.- How to add funds via Bank Transfer

In summary, to add funds, you need to:

  • Transfer USD from your bank account to a specific bank account that we will provide.

  • Report your top-up through a form that we will provide.

After that, internal processing begins, your Airtm account gets credited in USDC, and you will receive a notification email.

3.- How to add funds via Crypto

We currently offer two ways of doing it: 

  1. Directly through the Airtm dashboard.

  2. Manually through our Finance team.

Both crypto options will allow you to add as much balance as you need.

1. You can add funds from your Airtm dashboard directly using Stellar USDC*. To add funds, you need to:

  • Log in to your Airtm account and click the ADD tab.

  • Withing the ADD tab click on Search for more payment methods.

  • Type Stellar USDC in the search field and click the Stellar USDC item displayed.

  • Click on Direct and enter the amount you want to add.

  • Generate your Airtm SUSDC address and memo.

  • Enter your Airtm crypto address and memo in your external wallet and make the transfer.

Once the crypto transfer is completed, your USDC balance will be credited and displayed as an available balance. Transaction details can be seen in the account Activity.

* If you don't currently have Stellar USDC, you can easily get them through Circle. Please note when you create a Circle account, Circle will perform a KYC review on your company. Airtm will instruct you and help you get preferred support during this process.

2. Via our Finance team, you will be able to send ERC20-USDT or ERC20-USDC and get your account credited in USDC.

In summary, to add funds, you need to:

  • Send the USDT/USDC from your external wallet to a specific crypto address that we will provide.

  • Report your top-up through a form that we will provide.

After that, internal processing begins, your Airtm account gets credited in USDC, and you will receive a notification email.

4.- Withdrawal (settlement) options for Enterprise clients

We currently offer two options:

  • Bank Transfer 

  • Crypto

5.- How to withdraw funds via Bank Transfer

To withdraw funds from your Airtm account via bank transfer, you need to:

  • Transfer (within the Airtm portal) the USDC amount from your Airtm account to a specific Airtm account we will provide. 

  • Report your withdrawal request through a form that we will provide.

After that, internal processing begins, and you will receive a notification email once the transfer has been processed by our Finance team. Please note bank transfers are processed to the bank account you have declared in Airtm’s KYC process.

6.- How to withdraw funds via Crypto

To withdraw funds from your Airtm account to an ERC20-USDTERC20-USDC, or Stellar USDC address, you must follow these simple steps:

  • Transfer (within the Airtm portal) the USDC amount from your Airtm account to a specific Airtm account we will provide.

  • Report your withdrawal request through a form that we will provide.

We will credit your crypto external wallet and send you a confirmation email.

7.- Is there a direct option within the Airtm portal to add or withdraw funds from our Airtm account via bank transfer

Not at the moment.

8.- What are the differences between the crypto direct and crypto manual solution for funding?

Manual (Assisted by our Finance team)

  • You will need to report your top-up via a form each time you make a transfer.

  • Up to 1 business day processing time.

Direct (Through your Airtm account dashboard)

  • You will need a member of your team to log in to the Airtm account to generate your Airtm SUSDC address and memo. This will be required only the first time.

  • This process is self-manageable and doesn’t require assistance from our team.

  • It usually only takes a few minutes to be available on your Airtm balance. (Up to 5 minutes)
