Participation requirements

• Be an Airtm user with a verified account before the promotion ends.

• Have registered your email in the get-verified channel of the Discord server.

Prizes by invitation ranking

• Top 1: 100 USDC + 10 USDC for one of their randomly selected invitees (who must also meet the requirements).

• Top 2: 100 USDC + 10 USDC for one of their randomly selected invitees.

Special Condition: Only participants with 50 or more valid invites qualify for the ranking prizes.

General giveaway prizes

• If the server reaches 47,000 members or more by the end of the month:

  • Raffle of 5 prizes of 50 USDC among all participants with at least 5 valid invites.

  • 1,000 XP for all participants with at least 1 valid invite (this XP will help you level up to participate in the Rank program prizes).

Bonus for achieving the global goal

• If we reach 50,000 members:

  • Additional raffle of 3 prizes of 50 USDC among all participants with at least 10 valid invites.

  • All participants with at least 1 valid invite will receive an exclusive emblem to stand out in the server.

Terms and Conditions

1. Organization and validity
 This promotion is organized by Airtm and will be valid from December 12, 2024, to December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM (EST). Airtm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, always ensuring transparency for participants.

2. Eligibility
 Participants must be at least 18 years old. Having a verified Airtm account before the promotion ends is mandatory. Participants must register their email in the get-verified channel of the Airners Community Discord server to validate their eligibility. Any failure to meet these requirements will result in immediate disqualification.

3. Participation mechanics
 Participants will win prizes by inviting friends to the Discord server using their personal link. For an invite to be valid, the invitee must join the Discord server using the participant's link, have an active and verified Airtm account before the promotion ends, and register their email in the get-verified channel. False, duplicate, temporary, or bot-generated invites will be automatically disqualified.

4. Prizes and restrictions

• Prizes by ranking: Only participants with 50 or more valid invites will be eligible for ranking prizes. Ranking winners cannot participate in general raffles or global goal raffles.

• General and global goal Giveaway: These raffles are only open to those who meet the valid invite requirements and are not ranking winners.

• Each participant can win only one prize during the promotion.

• All prizes will be delivered in USDC directly to the winners' Airtm accounts.

5. Tie-breaking and winner selection criteria
 In case of a tie in the number of valid invites for ranking prizes, a raffle will be held to select the two winners. Raffles will be conducted randomly using automated tools. Winners will be publicly announced in the winners channel of the Discord server and contacted directly.

6. Prize delivery timeline
 Prizes will be processed within 10 business days after winner confirmation. Winners will be selected on January 3, 2025, the winners must ensure their Airtm accounts are active and comply with the platform’s policies at the time of receiving the prize.

7. Prohibitions and conduct
 The use of bots, fake accounts, or any fraudulent methods to generate invites is strictly prohibited. Airtm reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in inappropriate behavior, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Additional conditions
 The promotion applies to verified individual Airtm accounts and will be void where prohibited by local law. A member of the Airners community on Discord may only be linked to one Airtm account and must be the owner of that account. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions and disqualify any participant suspected of violating these rules or failing to comply with the rules of each chat or voice channel. Employees or collaborators of the Organizer may not participate in the promotion. Participation implies authorization for the publication of Discord usernames in the media where the promotion is advertised. Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and reporting any unauthorized access. Participation implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Airtm’s Terms of Service.

9. Acceptance of Terms
 By participating in this promotion, participants accept all established Terms and Conditions. Airtm reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify winners' identities.
