Log in to your SproutGigs account, click on "Wallet", and select "Request withdrawal".
Select the "Airtm" option, add your email address associated with your account and click "Submit"(You must have at least $5 in your "Earned" balance to do so).
You will receive your payment within 10 business days.
After the balance is available in your Airtm account, log in to your account, click on the "Withdraw" button and select the payment method you wish to receive your money.
