Account Limited
I've already confirmed my ID, I've already sent all my company documents (social contract, etc.) and I'm still limited to using my account...

Hi Will if your AirTM account is limited, it may be because of the following:
is your account verified?
1.- if it is NOT, proceed to perform your verification process by following the instructions placed here: https://help.airtm.com/en/support/solutions/folders/47000162129
2.- If it is already verified... Proceed to perform an advanced verification by following the instructions presented in settings and then in verification, specifically in the blue box that will appear there.

Try to perform the operation from a PC or laptop....
Hi Syed Hamza shah you must submit your cases to AirTM support through a SINGLE ticket well documented and explained through : https://help.airtm.com/en/support/tickets/new there they explain your case step by step... exposing the chain of facts to details... expose captures where you can see the operation performed, the capture with the transaction ID, as well as the capture of the operation performed by the financial institution used for the funding where the transaction ID can be seen.... in this way you expose all your case in detail so that there will be an investigation.... all the above is crucial, so that the support agent who takes your case understands it unequivocally and can guide you in resolving it....

I verified my account but still my account is limited thus cannot withdraw..kindly assist
