Delayed response regarding account verification
Hi moderators! A couple of days ago I asked the concerned staff to change and update some information on my account. They responded promptly and did that. Thanks for that! But now I am facing problem during verification process due to computerized system. It got rejected within a minute. I know it's an automatic bot. So, I would like to request that my case be handled manually. My citizenship ID is not being verified even though it is original, clear and 100% legit. The front face of the document is written in my native language. The back portion is documented in English. As this ID was made when I was young, the person in the photo appears young as well. Additionally, this card was made before the pandemic. The government was planning to issue a new format/design of the citizenship card but the distribution process got disrupted due to public health crisis. Even though I have the earlier design, it's still legit !!! Please share your position regarding the issues related to my ID so that I can clarify you further. The more you respond promptly, effectively and clearly, the more the ground for trust. I hope my issue will be solved as soon as possible. Regarding this issue, I have created tickets as well.
