Transaction problem

Hello Sir , I have a transaction problem with my peers how to solve this problem? ?? He send me three code with submitted 1$ total amount is $3 but I cannot reload in my account or my virtual card because I don't use before my card to reload and add fund. So please help me to complete this transaction
