  • Saluti Giancarlo Reginelli se la verifica del tuo account è stata rifiutata, puoi rifare la verifica, ma che se seguendo il seguente consiglio: - Non includere schermi digitali nella foto (nessuna scansione) - Non includere altri volti nella foto - Non manipolare digitalmente la foto Se avete problemi con il vostro ID, assicuratevi di aver soddisfatto i seguenti requisiti: - Immagine a colori - Immagine chiara - Tutto il testo deve essere leggibile (deve avere una buona risoluzione in modo che quando ci si avvicina non venga distorto) - Immagine senza riflessi - Immagine completa del documento di identità - Il documento deve essere in buone condizioni (non può essere deteriorato) e aggiornato (deve sembrare che lo sia ora) - Non manipolare digitalmente l'immagine.

    Puoi provare di nuovo il processo di verifica.......creando un ticket per il supporto, accedendo al menu di aiuto di AirTm nel tuo account personale e inserendo l'opzione che dice "contattaci".... Cercate di seguire tutto correttamente... e potrete verificare voi stessi senza problemi... potete anche ricontrollare andando al seguente indirizzo: https://help.airtm.com/es/support/tickets/new e ricordatevi di rivedere e seguire i consigli sopra indicati...

    Si su ID esta extraviada, debe tener un documento ID que lo certifique como alguien real todo monedero electrónico, exige este documento a nivel mundial...

    Debe seguir al pie de la letra los recaudos para que su verificación sea exitosa.... por mas mínimo que sea debe seguir al pie de la letra los siguientes consejos: - No incluyas pantallas digitales en la foto (es una foto no escanees) - No incluyas otras caras en la foto - No manipules digitalmente la foto. ( es decir no uses filtro o programa que modifique su naturaleza, si sale borrosa o oscura , o movida etc, vuelve a tomar la foto, y recuerda cada imagen por separado)....ademas recuerda que si tienes problemas con tu documento de identificación, asegúrate de haber cumplido con los siguiente requisitos: - Imagen a color (nada de escala de grises) - Imagen clara (debe tomar la foto con buena iluminación, no debe verse movida debe estar bien nítida) - Todo el texto legible (bien definida, la foto no debe distorsionarse al momento de acercarla, puede que se entienda para usted pero si se ve borrosa sera rechazada es decir debe estar nitida por ambas caras al 100%) - Imagen sin reflejos (selecciona un lugar muy iluminado evita el reflejo del flash de tu cámara, la luz debe verse natural "no iluminado con técnicas de edición) - Imagen completa del documento de identidad (nada de cortes en los bordes) - El documento debe estar en buenas condiciones y actualizado - No manipules digitalmente la imagen......El no cumplir al pie de la letra cualquiera de estos inconvenientes por mas mínimo que sea genera una verificación "no exitosa"

    No se preocupe puede volver a realizar su proceso de verificación mediante la creación de un ticket a soporte, bien sea en el menú de ayuda de AirTM en la sección "Contactenos" o mediante la dirección: https://help.airtm.com/es/support/tickets/new solo debe llenar la información correspondiente, adjuntar la documentación que se le pidió en la verificación y recuerde siempre tener presente las sugerencias antes mencionadas...     Generally, Airtm's platform does not allow verification of a partner's account because of blurred legal identity documents. The platform detects that these are documents that are not easily recognizable. Therefore, here's what you should do:

    Take your preferred identity document with you: ID card, Driver's License or Passport and place it on top of a small platform, with a stable background (light colors such as: white or ivory).

    Verify that the frame of your photo to capture the image of the ID card fits perfectly with the edges of the card.

    Try to fix it to the platform with some transparent adhesive tape, so that your fingers do not block any edge of the document when taking the photo.

    Save the photo as a JPG or PDF document, with a medium resolution.

    If you chose to send the Passport document for verification, make sure that the ID number in the upper right-hand corner reads perfectly; as well as the expiration date and your date of birth.

    When you upload the document on the AirTM platform, check the speed of broadband internet connectivity for that moment. It is possible that the connection is faulty and the platform cannot upload the document correctly, even if you receive a confirmation message.

    Do not send a different document than the one you chose at the beginning of the process. If you selected the Driver's License, you must close the process with that perfectly readable document.

    If you sent the document correctly, but the platform did not allow verification

    Remember that the documentation must be separate and that the photos taken must be readable at close range without distortion and straight, not upside down mirror-like (following the letter without omitting any detail below).
