1- What is the promotion?

From October 16 to October 30, 2023, add funds to your Airtm account and send to Deriv, an amount equal to or greater than $15 USDC and get 20% cashback.

2- What is the validity of the promotion?

All users who make "add" type transactions and then send money to their Deriv account between October 16-30, 2023, will be participating with the above conditions.  EXTRA RPB2C BENEFIT (Only for new Airtm customers): Add 1 EXTRA USDC as a Deriv referral, after fulfilling the regular conditions. This benefit will be exclusive to those users who add funds and send to DERIV and is cumulative with our regular referral program.

3- In which countries will the promotion apply?

Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Zimbabwe.

4- What conditions must be met?

• To participate, each new user must register with Airtm exclusively through the following link (https://try.airtm.com/deriv) or have an Airtm account for the duration of the promotion.

• The new User will only be able to participate by clicking on the aforementioned link. The same will take place within the communications of Deriv;

• Have an Airtm account and have completed the identity verification process;

• The User must be registered with Deriv and have made at least 1 (one) money transfer transaction between Deriv and Airtm;

    2: Make a transfer to your Deriv account of the minimum amount according to your country.

5- How and when will the benefit be paid?

• The benefit will consist of a refund or "cashback" equivalent to 20% of the amount of USDC that the user has sent to his Deriv account from his Airtm account, only once and within the period of validity of the promotion.

• The maximum amount that Airtm will give per User as cashback is $3 USDC.

• The maximum amount that Airtm will give out in total as cashback during this promotion will be $2000 USDC.

• The payment of the benefit will take place within 48 hours after the completion of any of the aforementioned transactions.

• The benefit may not be exchanged for any other good or any other benefit other than those provided for in these Rules. All costs arising from the participation or from obtaining or assigning and withdrawing the benefit, as well as any tax, fee, contribution, tariff or sum of money currently payable due to the participation in the promotion or that may be imposed in the future on the benefit, as well as the expenses, without limitation, of transportation and stay incurred when claiming, withdrawing or using the benefit, as well as any other, shall be at the exclusive charge of the User.

6- Additional Conditions:

• The promotion applies to individual accounts and is void where prohibited by local law.

• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant we suspect of violating these rules or engaging in fraudulent transactions.

• Only those accounts that are verified and are individual accounts (not enterprise, ambassadors, influencers) will be eligible as winners.

• Only 1 refund will be applied to the first transaction within the validity of the promotion.
