1 - What does the promotion consist of?

From August 16th to September 30th, 2023, add funds to your Airtm account and then send those funds to TNFX to receive a 5% cashback on the last transaction.

2 - What is the duration of the promotion?

All users who perform transactions of the "add" type and then send those funds to TNFX during the period from August 16th to September 30th, 2023, will be participating under the aforementioned conditions.

3 - In which countries will the promotion apply?

The promotion is valid for all Airtm users who are not in violation of local laws.

4 - What conditions must be met?

• It is a requirement to participate in the promotion that the user has an Airtm account and has completed the identity verification process.
• Have completed 1 money adding operation during the period between August 16th and September 30th, 2023.
• Have completed 1 funds sending operation from Airtm to the TNFX platform between August 16th and September 30th, 2023.

5 - How and when will the Benefit be paid?:

• The benefit will consist of a reimbursement or "cashback" equivalent to up to 5% of the amount of USDC that the User has sent from their Airtm account to TNFX once and within the promotion period.
• The maximum reimbursement or "cashback" amount that Airtm will provide per User will be 5 USDC.
• The maximum monthly amount that Airtm will provide as reimbursement or "cashback" during this promotion will be 1500 USDC.
• The payment of the benefit will take place within 48 hrs. after the completion of any of the aforementioned transactions.
• The benefit cannot be exchanged for any other goods or any other consideration other than those provided for in these Terms. All costs arising from participation or obtaining or allocation and withdrawal of the benefit, as well as any tax, fee, contribution, tariff or amount of money currently payable due to participation in the promotion or imposed in the future on the benefit, as well as expenses, without limitation, of transportation and stay incurred when claiming, withdrawing, or using the benefit, like any other, will be the sole responsibility of the User.

6 - Additional Conditions:

• The promotion applies to individual accounts and will be void where prohibited by local law.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant we suspect of violating these rules or engaging in fraudulent transactions.
• Only verified individual accounts will be eligible as winners (accounts of legal entities, ambassadors, influencers, collaborators, and/or Airtm employees are not eligible).
• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions and disqualify any participant we suspect of violating these rules or engaging in fraudulent transactions.
• Participation in the Promotion implies for participants the acknowledgment and acceptance of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, as well as Airtm's Terms of Service, available at https://airtm.com/es-ar/terminos-y-condiciones/.
