What do I need to know before becoming an advanced User?

Context.

We will soon start sending the knowledge test to users who wish to become advanced users.


Purpose of the knowledge test.

Our objective is to standardize the knowledge about the processes in which an advanced user intervenes in his activity of accepting transactions. 


Content to be studied.

The knowledge test is currently composed of 11 questions.


Questionnaire.


How do you become an Advanced User?

  1. I verified my identity in Settings > Verification.

  2. My Airtm account is at least 14 days old.

  3. I completed the advanced user questionnaire sent to you by email upon initially meeting the requirements to become an acceptor for a payment method.

  4. As a standard user submitting a request to add or withdraw funds, I must complete the specific number of transactions required for each payment method detailed in the FAQ: How do I become an Advanced user?

  5. All of the above 

 

What are peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions?

  1. Transactions between businesses and users where businesses are matched so that they can exchange Airtm dollars for local currency. 

  2. Transactions between businesses where there is a match for businesses to exchange Airtm dollars for local currency. 

  3. Transactions where buyers and sellers are matched to exchange Airtm dollars for local currency. 

  4. All of the above.

 

Why does Airtm provide escrow security for p2p add and withdraw transactions?

  1. Escrow security guarantees safety of funds by holding funds on behalf of the peer receiving guns in Airtm when completing a transaction in their payment method.

  2. To be able to charge fees to both parties involved in the transaction.

  3. To provide legal protection for Airtm.

When are sends transactions (transactions outside of the p2p add and withdraw flow) backed by Airtm’s escrow security?
