I want to make a transaction but I don't see the option I'm looking for. What can I do?

The payment methods that we currently use can be found in the drop-down list when requesting add or withdraw. 

If a payment method does not appear in the drop-down list, you can use the option for payment methods "Other", specific to each category. The "Other" method uses generic rates (which can be customized in the Add/Withdraw> Other> Enter details > View commission details > Select custom rate.

Recommended fees: You can manually select the fee you offer for your transaction; consider that the higher the percentage value you assign, the greater the likelihood of acceptance and speed of processing your request. If the percentage is very low, you can increase the waiting time.


Cash: 7%

Electronic transfer: 10-23%.

Gift card: 14%.

Mobile: 6%


Cash: 2%

Electronic transfer: 3%.

Gift card: 1%.

Mobile: 5%
