  • Saludos Miguel Ángel Becerra gamboa para cualquier cambio de información personal de cuenta AirTM por ser datos de información sensible, debe gestionarse mediante la creación de un ticket "único" en: https://help.airtm.com/es-LA/support/tickets/new el cual debe ser bien explicado y detallado, adjuntando información que lo identifique a usted de forma inequívoca como titular de la cuenta, ya que se debe mantenerse en todo momento la seguridad de su cuenta, luego de crear el ticket (tómese su tiempo en redactarlo, explicando él porque del cambio y adjuntar la información que lo identifique como el titular) un agente de soporte le contactara por correo con el fin de gestionar su caso...debe tener toda la información a mano que lo valide como titular de su cuenta, ya que el agente de soporte puede solicitarla durante el proceso...
