Dinero Robado

Alguien me puede ayudar a cómo retornar mi dinero a mi cuenta de una operación cancelada?? Se han quedado con mi dinero desde hace más de 15 días....
  • Saludos Hereni_00 ya sabes cual es el canal para gestionar este tipo de requerimiento, y si es a traves de un ticket, el cual debe ser explicitamente bien redactado y expuesto con pruebas, como captures y vídeos...una pregunta ¿no te a contactado soporte?

  • He realizado infinidad de tickets..... Envié hasta el cansancio las pruebas y no me dan una respuesta clara de dónde está mi dinero y porque no me lo quieren entregar si la operación fue cancelada??? Tu tienes la repuesta??
  • No amigo no dispongo la respuesta...las veces que me a tocado ir a mediación, o redacto un ticket a soporte, la respuesta cuando es rápida, no pasa mas de un día y cuando he tenido mediaciones largas me ha demorado de cinco a siete días "hábiles", todas menos una fueron a mi favor, ya que en una no disponía de soportes, por lo cual pague la novatada, nunca cancelo una operación y espero que esta cumpla su tiempo natural...No obstante desconozco tu caso...este foro es para dudas solamente...ya los problemas de operaciones se gestionan mediante ticket...personalmente uso un lenguaje afable en cada mediación y la cortesía por delante...

  • I'm having similar problem.. they blocked my account just because I'm from syria (even thought I live in brazil for more than six years..) my verification failed due no my nationality (ridiculously racist reason!!!) and my account balanced of $107 just got blocked, sent many tickets with no clear answer of how can I withdraw my money, be careful guys..

    Try to re-verify your account You can try the verification process again by creating a ticket addressed to support, accessing the AirTM help menu in your personal account and then the contact us section...Try to follow everything correctly...and you will be able to verify yourself without problems...

    I'm officially a brazilian resident with official documents, also my account is blocked Cant access it anymore, I can just access the help site, But I'm still trying to contact them to withdraw my money i'm not interested anymore with such service, really disappointed.

  • It is understandable friend however the rules dictated by the OFAC has an immediate reach to your nationality, you have dual nationality, therefore this may lead to penalties to AIrTM, it is recommended that you keep in touch with support through a ticket, so that they give you instructions to follow regarding your account .
